Pampering in a Jar

I have three great ladies at work who support projects I work on, and I wouldn't survive most days without them. I was trying to think of a way to show them my appreciation when I came across this idea on Pinterest - Pampering in a Jar.

I included socks, bubble bath, lip balm, hand cream and chocolate.

It was a small gesture to show my appreciation, but will hopefully provide them with a little pampering. They certainly deserve it!

  10. I love these jars and will be making a couple for my friends. I would like to make something like this for my daughter's teacher but he is male and I wouldn't know what to put in it. I know he loves the Boston Red Socks and is a great teacher!! Any suggestions?

  11. I was thinking about how to make these for guys too. Maybe candles or lotions with "guy" scents. I saw some of the new candles in Yankee Candle this weekend and thought about adding them. Or maybe a small gift card to rent a movie for the night. If he likes baseball, maybe papers/post-it's with baseballs on them. Just my thoughts.

  15. Such a wonderful idea! I will be using these as thank you gifts, birthday and many other occasion gifts. I can see using this to present a gift card in, as well. I have always liked the layer jars of food items, but this gets away from food in case people have special diet restrictions. Thank you.

I love this idea. I would like to link to this post in a brief article I am writing for my website titled "11 Surprising Ways to Stay Close When Afar". Would it be okay if I used one of your photos within my article?
    Warm regards, Lana
